Payment/Refund Policy

All payments are up front – Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
$50.00 non-refundable registration fee ($75.00 for advanced rec.) for new members to the 2025/2026 season (July 2025 – June 2026).
Refunds are offered up to the completion of the second class. Refunds are subjected to a $30 administrative fee as well as the registration fee and the cost of classes that have passed. Please notify us 24 hours before your class begins or you will be charged for that class.
Credits are available with no admin fee (up to the second class only). Credits can be used either online or in person and are good for one year from the date they are issued. Credits are non-transferable.
We offer wait lists for classes that have filled up. Wait lists are free of charge. If a spot opens up, we contact you by phone or email and you have 48 hours to respond and settle the balance before we move to the next person on the wait list.
There is no refunds or credits for missing a class or classes.
No make-up class will be offered. This will include classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather (ie. classes are only cancelled in the event of weather alert/warning and will be confirmed by TGI.
There is a transfer fee for switching classes. Your first-class switch is free, any transfer after that is subjected to a $15.00 transfer fee.
